1. Homemade ice cream that is made of yogurt and banana. Peel a banana and dip it in yogurt. Roll in crushed cereal and freeze. Whole family can enjoy this healthy snack while watching TV in the evening.

2. Everybody wants an ice cream. But it the frozen yogurt can taste just as good, and sometimes even better, than the ice cream. Try it. Smear a scoop of frozen yogurt on two graham crackers and add sliced banana to make a yummy sandwich. Who can say no to this?

3. Top low-fat vanilla yogurt with crunchy granola and sprinkle with blueberries. I put strawberries some times, tastes great too.

4. Toast a whole grain waffle and top with low-fat yogurt and sliced peaches. If you don’t have fresh peaches go for the canned ones. Fresh fruits have much more vitamins and no preservatives.

5. Spread peanut butter on apple slices. Very quick and easy.

6. Toss dried cranberries and chopped walnuts in instant oatmeal. I am not a big fan of oatmeal but my kids like it so pretend to like it.

7. Mix together peanut butter and cornflakes in a bowl. Shape into balls and roll in crushed graham crackers.

8. Fill a waffle cone with cut-up fruit and top with low-fat vanilla yogurt.

9. Banana Split: Top a banana with low-fat vanilla and strawberry frozen yogurt. Sprinkle with your favorite whole-grain cereal. Who needs the ice cream?!

10. Break a graham cracker into bite-size pieces. Add to low-fat chocolate pudding along with a few miniature marshmallows.
