Fun Healthy Snacks for Kids

Snacks for kids should always be fun and healthy. If you make food fun they will eat it no matter how much vegies that they don't like you put in it. They don't like broccoli not a problem make a funny character and they will eat it. Guaranteed. Kids like colorful, fun stuff. Take a look at these funny sandwiches full of vegies. It's a fun and healthy snack for your kids. My husband couldn't stop laughing when he saw them first time. Kids loved it.

I have to admit this one was a little hard to make but look how much healthy vegetables you can stuff in it. It has a lot of cucumber olives, turkey as a nose, hehehe, 4 prezels used for legs and 1 green olive cut in half to make eyes.

You can use tomates with the cucumber. Make some wings out of letus another great idea. Broccoli would work too. Just use your imagination.

Look at this little crab! Not only you can tell them it's a new little friend but you can also make these fun snack sandwiches together. It always taste better when they made it and it doesn't matter how bad it taste. They will eat it anyway.

My last cute sandwich is an alligator. It looks more like a mouse but it's green so if you say it's an alligator will believe you. Look how much cucumber you can use. And I think you can use more broccoli with this one.

The pictures are looking awesome. Very innovative. Many children tend to eat frequently through the day as their bodies require. One should not force children to eat more and more like adults do. A child under the age of four or five might eat six to seven times a day. One can give fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain crackers, cheese cubes, peanut butter-cheese sandwiches into daily snacks. Also can try can try a yoghurt shake with fruit of choice. Try to avoid pre-packaged snacks because its unhealthy. One can go for milk-based drinks because it rich in proteins, calcium, iron, also fruit juice will be good. Yeah I agree with you kids will have their appetite when they see these foods. This is the best thing to do to let kids eat such organic produce.

You know kids are being choosy in terms with food. Most of it do always love chicken and burgers as well.

this is a good idea but all the snack you showed in this post are not easy to prepared it will takes time.Yes, kids will love to eat this variety design of foods.

For vegan foods kids are not easy to adapt. Procedural programs is needed. Kids are at best age to start vegan life.

Making healthy food fun for kids is GENIUS suggestion. I don't know how many people will have the time to create the hilarious sandwich sculptures you've made every morning, a healthy meal that was a tenth as entertaining would readily be consumed by most kids! Genius!!
